A. R. Rahman Gallery

In 2001, my recording collaboration with Indian master percussionist Sivamani led to my meeting AR Rahman. At this time AR was attending rehearsals with Andrew Lloyd Webber for the launch of the musical Bombay Dreams. He hired myself and Sivamani to execute some percussion and programming work for the soundtracks of Indian movies on which he was also working at the time. This was 8 years or so before Slumdog Millionaire which greatly expanded his global profile, especially in the USA.
